Frank Luca

As President of One on One Basketball RI, Frank Luca has been involved with basketball as a player and coach for 35 years. He conducts after school basketball/multi-sport programs for hundreds of students in approx. 75 elementary and middle schools in RI each year. He also directs approximately 20 basketball camps each summer across the state. Frank has coached basketball at LaSalle Academy, Scituate HS, Smithfield HS, and Roger Williams University.
