Weekly sessions. Each day, campers learn healthy stretching and warm-up techniques. During track exercises, campers choose to participate in the 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, or hurdle events. Children explore long jump, triple jump, high jump, and throwing events.
At the beginning of the week, coaches evaluate campers on a national standard age-related performance chart. By the end of the session, campers will receive a progress report noting improvement in their chosen events.
