June 11–15; July 9–13; July 30–Aug. 3; or Aug. 6–10
Full-day: 8:45 a.m.–3 p.m.; Half-day: 8:45–11:30 a.m.
Each day, campers learn healthy stretching and warm-up techniques. During morning track exercises, campers choose to participate in the 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, or hurdle events. During afternoon field exercises, children explore long jump, triple jump, high jump, and throwing events.
At the beginning of the week, coaches evaluate campers on a national standard age-related performance chart. By the end of the session, campers will receive a progress report noting improvement in their chosen events.
Children who attend half-days may join other MB camps in the afternoons, but must register separately.
