Chess

July 9–13 and July 30–August 3

Full-day: 8:45 a.m.–3 p.m.;

Half-day: 8:45 a.m.–12 p.m. or 12–3 p.m.

Aspiring masters ages 5-14 can take their game to another level under the tutelage of World Champions and international Masters!

In partnership with Chess Master Connections (CMC), our chess camps can strengthen the play of beginning and advanced players alike. Students will learn to win and lose with grace, design and execute a plan, and to adapt when their opponent requires them to improvise!

Through CMC’s instruction many young students are now ranking #1 in the USA in their age division, many have become Masters while still in high school, and some have achieved the dream of playing in the youth World Championship.

Snacks and water will be provided, though full-day campers should bring their own lunch.

Half-day participants may join other MB camps in the morning or afternoon, but must register separately.

Tuition includes: t-shirt, work folder, photo, certificate, and chess board and pieces.
